South Africa’s president Jacob Zuma has arrived in France on a state visit aimed at boosting relations between the two states.
The visit will provide a platform for both countries to improve co-operation in various areas and bolster economic ties.
During his visit, Zuma will attend a South Africa-France Business Forum in a bid to encourage French business to invest in the country.
In 2013, French President Francois Hollande’s visit to the Southern African country cemented the relations between the two countries.
France plays a vital role in South Africa’s trade‚ investment and tourism sector. The country is an important source of foreign direct investment for South Africa.
